Hotel Aakenus is a family hotel, located in a peaceful area, close to the Rovaniemi town centre (400 meters). The hotel offers good quality rooms for affordable rates. Hotel Aakenus Rovaniemi has 45 rooms and 13 fully-furnished apartments. The apartment sizes vary from one-room studio apartments to four-bedroom, two-floor houses. Some of our apartments are located just behind our main hotel building and some different places around Rovaniemi city center. There are rooms and apartments in our non-smoking hotel that are also suitable for allergy sufferers.

- Apartment Kokki is 50 m² (6 guests). Apartment Kokki is located in peaceful area near city center (400 m). This cosy, fully equipped, good located apartment is about 50 m2 with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. There are 2 beds in the bedroom and sofa bed in kitchen. Apartment Kokki has its own big yard, where it is great to spend time outdoors.
- Apartment Kymppi is 70 m² (to 9 guests). Apartment Kymppi is located in peaceful area, 400 meters from our hotel and 800 meters from city center. This two floor house has its own big yard. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, toilet, sauna and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and toilet. Second floor is available if there is coming more than four people. There are two beds in every bedroom of this apartment and also one extra bed is available.
- Apartment Santa is 110 m² (8 guests). Apartment SANTA is a large house with three bedrooms, sauna+shower, two toilets and two living rooms – one with fireplace. There are two beds in two bedrooms and three beds in one bedroom. There is also one extra bed in fireplace room. There are two bedrooms on second floor and all other rooms are downstairs.
- Apartment Valta is 28 m² (2 guests). Studio apartment VALTA is 28 square meters large with two beds, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. Apartment is located 1 kilometer from our hotel and 100 meters from city center. Apartment have a TV, bed clothes, towels, fridge with small freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and oven. The apartments is non-smoking.
- Apartment Vasa is 30 m² (up to 5 guests). There is 5 apartments in building named as “Vasa”. These apartments have one bedroom, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. One apartment has also sauna. There are 2-3 beds in the bedroom and sofa bed in every kitchen. Vasa-apartments are located in a nearby building, 10 meters from main hotel building.
