The hotel has 220 rooms situated in 11 separate buildings around a common courtyard. A majority of the rooms are cosy family rooms for 4 persons and standard double or twin rooms. Superior rooms and junior suites in the newest hotel building, Ounas, provide a higher class of accommodation for a Levi holiday. There are saunas available for private booking in two of the hotel buildings (Aakenus and Lainio). Ski care facilities are also available.

Standard twin is 19 m². Easy-going atmosphere for one or two persons. Twin rooms have two separate beds, doubles a double bed. Total 41 non-smoking standard rooms for two persons, two with easy access.

- Family room is 21-25 m² (4 guests). Family rooms are carefully designed to the smallest detail with a family’s needs in mind. The mini kitchen is perfectly suited for preparing a little snack and the kids have a good time in their own little nook in the alcove. And how exciting it is to sleep in a bunk bed! Total 125 non-smoking family rooms in six hotel buildings (Kätkä, Kumpu, Keimiö, Pulju, Korsa and Sammal), six with easy access.
- Superior twin is 18 m² (2 guests, extra bed available). superior twin rooms with balcony, all in the Ounas building next to the spa. There is an indoor passageway from the Ounas building directly to the spa.
- Junior suite is 44 m² (2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults). 30 stylish junior suites with private saunas, all in the Ounas building next to the spa. Separate bedroom with twin beds. Sliding door between living room and bedroom. Living room has sofa-bed which can sleep two persons. There is an indoor passageway from the Ounas building directly to the spa.
- Suite is 68 m² (2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). Spacious and cozy suite, recommended especially for families. The master bedroom has a double bed and the children’s small bedroom a bunk bed.
