Join us this Winter to experience everything Finnish Lapland has to offer, head to Kemi, visit Lapland Snow Castle, take an Icebreaker trip to Sweden's Arctic Circle, and go for the Northern Light Photography tour with our professional photographer guide you can also get some professional photography tips from him. The vast Arctic wilderness would leave you spellbound giving you the perfect essence of a relaxing holiday.
Over the 5 days, you will watch and experience the real Lapland up, close, and personal. As you embark on this glorious journey, you’d experience getting united with the enormous nature of Rovaniemi.
Day 1 - Airport Pick-Up, NUT Office Visit, & Hotel Transfer
You will be received at the Rovaniemi Airport/ Train Station by our representative. Then you will be transferred to the NUT safari office in the city of Rovaniemi where you will get special adventure gear from us and also receive further details about the Northern Lights and the holiday package. (3* hotel or other hotels on request)
Day 2 - KEMI Visit, Lapland Snow Castle Tour
Have you ever been to the biggest snow theme park in Northern Europe? If no then, the 2nd day of this trip is dedicated to it! Kemi is a town next to the Gulf of Bothnia, where a new Snow Castle Theme Park is built every December. Furthermore, there are always different ice sculptures and different ice slides every year. The Snow Castle presents itself in various ways each year, and the snow elves are there at the reception to welcome you. We will have a traditional Lappish lunch in Kemi and will also visit the oldest Lappish church after lunch.
Day 3 - Icebreaker Trip to Sweden's Arctic Circle
On the 3rd day of the trip, you will join us onboard the White Icebreaker! Enjoy the spectacular scenery and experience walking on the icy sea. Take a dip in the icy ocean, but stay dry and warm in your survival floating suit. Listen to the icebreaker’s history as well as the ancient Viking history of the area.
Our morning transfer will take you directly to your departure point of the coastal town of Kalix, Sweden on the Bothnian Sea. After the cruise trip, you can enjoy a traditional meal of Swedish meatballs in the Swedish border town of Haparanda.
Day 4 - Northern Lights with the Photography Guide
Get away from the city lights to catch the best possible views of the Auroras. A professional photographer from our company will take you to the best possible Northern Light viewing point from where you can click surreal photos.
The professional photographer will assist you with both setting up your camera and taking pictures for you with their own high-quality cameras. Sit around the fire, and enjoy a traditional reindeer sausage and hot drinks. At the end of the tour, you will be able to keep all the HD pictures taken by our photographers. It’s going to be a one-of-its-kind experience for you.
Day 5 - Airport Transfer, Tour Ends
