Rovaniemi is the ideal place for berry and mushroom picking. We start along the hiking path, but soon you can experience walking in ground covered with the moss. Guide is telling you the basics about the totally fresh food ingredients, which you can collect and taste from the pure nature. After spending the time in the forest we will proceed with the most delicious part of the safari. We will prepare traditional pancakes, baking them on the open fire. Fresh pancakes are most delicious eaten together with freshly picked berries.
